    This book was both refreshing, funny, and animated. I loved the characters, some were easy to hate, others easy to love and cheer for. I am of Irish ancestry and loved the use of Irish slang throughout the book...made it feel more real. Bravo to the author, I recommend this book to everyone.

    I enjoyed this book very much. I loved the interaction between Fiona & Gavin, as they shared ordinary everyday happenings as friends, being there for each other. The puppy added a special charm for me. I loved Aunt Bridie, too.

    This was a great story. I loved how Fiona grew into herself. It was fun to watch. I loved her Aunt/ guardian. Very strong women. I also loved Gavin. He took all the drama in stride. I actually loved all the characters. Well written. I did have a little trouble in the beginning deciphering the Irish lingo, but once I did I was off and running. You will enjoy it.

    This was a fun read. Some of the slang and phrasing were new to me but I was able to follow the story and enjoy it. I'm looking forward to reading the other books in this series. I hope there's a little more character development and back story. I kept feeling like there were things I should know and didn't.
